AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY IN THE 3100 BLOCK OF
NORTH TEN MILE DRIVE, FROM RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO C-O
( OFFICE COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The following described real estate is rezoned
® from RS-2 (single family) , to C-O (OFFICE COMMERCIAL) to wit :
Part of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of Section 3,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri; being more particularly described as
follows : From the Northwest corner of said Section 3 ; thence N
840 23' 05" E, along the North Line of said Section 3, 1413.56
feet to the Northwest corner of a tract described in Book 262,
page 967 , Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence S 070 10' 25" E,
along the West Line of said tract, 318.02 feet; thence leaving
said West Line on a bearing of S 820 41 ' 59" W, 500.0 feet;
thence S 070 10' 25" E, 85.21 feet to the point of beginning of
this description; thence continuing S 07° 10 ' 25" E, 215 .00 .feet
to the South Line of the Old Missouri Pacific Railroad right-of-
way as described in Book 185, page 117 , Cole County Recorder' s
Office; thence Westerly along the Southerly Line of said old
Missouri Pacific Railroad on a curve to the left having a radius
of 1963 . 71 feet , a distance of 135. 11 feet; thence leaving said
South Line on a bearing of N 070 10' 25" W, 219.72 feet; thence
N 820 49 ' 35" E, 135.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all, 0.67 of an acre.
® SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
