AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY IN THE 3200 BLOCK OF
NORTH TEN MILE DRIVE, FROM RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO RA-1 (MULTIPLE
DWELLING) .
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-2 (single family) , to RA-1 (multiple dwelling) , to-wit:
Part of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of Section 3,
Township 4.4 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, being more particularly described as
follows : Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 3;
thence S 070 22 ' 47" E, alon� the West Line of said Section 3
974.16 feet; thence N 530 07 20" E, 534.94 feet; thence N 16a
30' 39" W, 442.66 feet; thence N 530 51 ' 55" W, 195 .00 feet;
thence N 140 23 ' 05" E 140.00 feet to the North Line of said
Section 3; thence S 84a 23 ' 05" W, along the said North Line of
Section 3 , 305.99 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in
all, 7 .60 acres .
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval .
