ORDINANCE NO. / 0169
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING 1806
VIETH DRIVE PLUS ADJACENT LAND TO THE NORTH AND WEST, FROM RS-2
(SINGLE FAMILY) TO RS-4 (SINGLE FAMILY) .
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-2 (single family) , to RS-4 (single family) , to-wit:
Tract #1
The Southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 14
of Township 44 of Range 12.
Tract #2
® Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 14, Township 44, Range 12 , more particularly described as
follows : Beginning at the southwest corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 14; thence
easterly along the South line of said Section 247 .5 feet, more or
less , to Vieth Drive; thence Northerly along Vieth Drive 76
feet; thence Westerly parallel with the South line of said
Section 14, 247 .5 feet more or less to the Westerly line of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 14;
thence Southerly along said Section line 76 feet to the point of
beginning. Together with an easement of ingress and egress over
the presently existing road that leads from Tract #1 to Tract #2 .
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
