ORDINANCE NO. 101 71
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE A OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY CHANGING THE
SPEED LIMIT ON A PORTION OF HIGHWAY 50-63 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule A (a) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by deleting the fifty-five miles per hour
speed limit on Highway 50-63, between Vetter's Lane underpass and
Dix Road overpass, and by enacting in lieu thereof a fifty-five
miles per hour speed limit at the following locations :
Highway 50-63, from the east City limits to a point 3/10ths
of a mile east of the Highway 50-63 intersection with Monroe
Street.
Highway 50-63, from a point 58/100th of a mile west of the
intersection of Highway 50-63 and Missouri Boulevard to the
west City limits .
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
