AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE V OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY CHANGING NUMBER
OF HANDICAP PARKING SPACES ON A PORTION OF BROADWAY STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule V of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by increasing the number of handicapped parking
spaces from five spaces to six spaces on the southeast side of
the 200 block of Broadway. The provision as amended should read
as follows :
200 Block of Broadway, six spaces on the southeast side
thereof.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
