AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULES N, O AND S OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY
ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE IN 300 BLOCK OF BROADWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Schedule N (a) is hereby amended by deleting the
300 Block Broadway from Parking Meter Zone A, and by inserting in
lieu thereof the 300 Block Broadway, except the east side thereof
from High Street to a point ninety feet south of High Street.
Section 2. Schedule O is hereby amended by deleting the 300
Block Broadway from One Hour Parking, and by inserting in lieu
thereof the 300 Block Broadway, except the east side thereof from
High Street to a point ninety feet south of High Street.
Section 3 , Schedule S ( a) of Section 18-401 of the City Code
is hereby amended by establishing a loading zone on the east side
of the 300 Block of Broadway from a point fifty feet south of the
south curb of High Street to a point ninety feet south of the
south curb of High Street.
Section 4 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
