ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF AURORA SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1 . Sidney E. Fox, Jr . , owner of the real estate
hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, has submitted to the Council a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Outlot 91 of the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri , more particularly described as follows: From the
Southeast corner of Section 13 , Township 44' North, Range 12
West , thence N 04° 27 ' 59" W, along the East Line of Section
13 , 407. 20 feet to the point of beginning for this
description, said point being the southwest corner of a
tract of land as described in Book 278 , page 191 , Cole
County Recorder ' s Office , and being on the Westerly Line of
Outlot No. 91 ; thence along the boundary of said tract the
following courses and distances ; thence N 040 27 ' 59" W,
along the Westerly Line of Outlot No . 91 , East Line of said
Section 13 , 148. 23 feet to the southwest corner of a tract
of land as described in Book 152 , page 493 , Cole County
Recorder ' s Office ; thence N 85° 27 ' 31" E, along the
Southerly Line of said tract , 79. 92 feet to the southeast
corner thereof ; thence N 03° 53 ' 32" W, along the Easterly
Line of said tract , 30. 26 feet to the southwest corner of
Lot 1 , of Block 2 of Bax Subdivision per plat of record in
Plat Book 6 , page 13 , Cole County Recorder ' s Office ; thence
N 85° 05 ' 47" E, along the Southerly Line of Lot Nos. 1 , 2 ,
and 3 of Block 2 of said Bax Subdivision, 239. 83 feet to the
southeast corner of said Lot No . 3 ; thence N 040 25 ' 22" W,
along the Easterly Line of Lot 3 , 140 feet to the southerly
right-of-way line of Aurora Street ; thence N 850 07 ' 58" E,
along the Southerly Line of Aurora Street , 123 . 73 feet ;
thence easterly along the Southerly Line of Aurora Street ,
on a curve to the right , having a radius of 372 . 11 feet , a
distance of 252 . 42 feet ; thence S 560 00' 04" E , along the
Southerly Line of Aurora Street , 47 .01 feet to the Westerly
• Line of Lafayette Street ; thence S 330 55 ' 29" W. along the
Westerly Line of Lafayette Street 266 . 39 feet to the
southeasterly corner of the said tract in Book 278, page
191 ; thence continuing along the boundary of said tract , S
85° 22 ' 36" W, 549 . 32 feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2 . It appears that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision
known and referred to as Aurora Subdivision, that all taxes have
been paid , and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, and amendments thereto,
entitled , "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid
owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions , have
been complied with.
SECTION 3 . The plat of Aurora Subdivision, lying, being
and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made part of this ordinance , is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are authorized and directed to endorse acceptance
of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said plat
under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of passage and approval.
