AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SARAH' S SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS .
SECTION 1 . Russell H. Anderson, Jr . , and Sherry L.
Anderson, owners of the real estate hereinafter described and
situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri , have submitted to
the Council a plat of said real estate , being located in
Jefferson City, County of Cole, Missouri , and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 13 , and part of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 24 , all in Township 44 North,
Range 12 West , in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole ,
Missouri , more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at the southeast corner of said Section 13 ; thence S 04 °
27 ' 59" E, along the East Line of Section 24 , 114 . 37 feet to
the North Line of a 12 foot Private Roadway; thence S 850
11 ' 29" W, along the North Line of the 12 foot Private
Roadway, 570 . 65 feet to the Easterly Line of Tanner Bridge
Road; thence N 110 07 ' 00" W, along the Easterly Line of
Tanner Bridge Road , 354. 13 feet ; thence northerly along the
Easterly Line of Tanner Bridge Road , on a curve to the
right , having a radius of 988 .47 feet , a distance of 37 . 55
feet to the South Line of a tract of land as described in
Quit Claim Deed Book 236 , page 504 , Cole County Recorder ' s
Office ; thence N 850 14 ' 19" E, along the South Line of
said tract , 615 . 29 feet to the East Line of Section 13 ;
thence S 04° 27 ' 59" E, along the East Line of Section 13 ,
274 .49 feet to the point of beginning . Containing in all ,
5 . 35 acres . Bearings are magnetic.
SECTION 2 . It appears that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Sarah ' s Subdivision, that all taxes have
been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri , and amendments thereto ,
entitled , "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid
owners of said subdivision , and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri , relating to plats and subdivisions , have
been complied with .
SECTION 3 . The plat of Sarah' s Subdivision, lying, being
and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are authorized and directed to endorse acceptance
of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said plat
under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of passage and approval.
