AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULES J AND M OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY
PROHIBITING PARKING ALONG PORTIONS OF MOREAUVIEW DRIVE AND EAST
CAPITOL AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Schedule J of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by prohibiting parking on both sides of Moreauview
Drive, for a distance of 600 feet from East McCarty.
Section 2 . Schedule M of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by prohibiting parking on the south side of East
Capitol Avenue, from 5: 30 P.M. until 12 : 00 midnight, beginning at
a point 165 feet east of the east curb of Monroe Street for a
distance of 54 feet.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force from and
after the date of its passage and approval.
