AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF GREEN AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION FOUR, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1 . Jerry J. and Melody A. Green and Robert C . and
Beverly S. Lale , owners of the real estate hereinafter described
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, have submitted
to the Council a plat of said real estate , being located in
Jefferson City, County of Cole, Missouri , and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11 , Township 44 North,
Range 12 West , in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, being more particularly described as follows : From the
Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 11 ; thence
S 060 34 ' 09" E, along the Quarter Section Line , 1732 . 26 feet ;
thence N 830 25 ' 51" E, 830. 89 feet to the northwest corner of
Lot 26 of Green and Lale Subdivision, Section One , as per plat of
record in Book 11 , page 94 , Cole County Recorder ' s Office , the
point of beginning for this description; thence N 62° 59 ' 59" E,
along the northerly line of said subdivision, 310. 00 feet to the
northeast corner of Lot 5 of said subdivision; thence N 27° 00 '
01" W, 165.00 feet ; thence S 620 59 ' 59" W, 310 . 00 feet ; thence
S 270 00 ' 01" E , 165 .00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all, 1 . 174 acres .
SECTION 2 . It appears that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as GREEN AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION
FOUR, that all taxes have been paid , and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri, and
amendments thereto, entitled , "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , relating to plats and
subdivisions , have been complied with.
SECTION 3 . The plat of GREEN AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION
FOUR, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made part of this ordinance , is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to endorse
acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of
said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of passage and approval.
