ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING BLOCK NO. 51 OF THE PROGRESS URBAN
RENEWAL PROJECT, MO. R-45, FROM C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) TO C-4
(PLANNED COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The following described real estate is rezoned
from C-2 (general commercial) , to C-4 (planned commercial) , to-
wit:
Block No. 51 of the Progress Urban Renewal Project , MO. R-
45 , in the County of Cole , City of Jefferson, generally
bounded by the south right-of-way line of McCarty Street ,
the west right-of-way line of Mulberry Street , the north
right-of-way line of Rex M. Whitton Expressway (U. S . Highway
50-63) , and the east right-of-way line of Missouri Boulevard
Extention.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval .
