AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING CHAPTER
18 BY ENACTING ONE NEW SECTION PERTAINING TO WEIGHT LIMITS OF
VEHICLES ON SEVEN HILLS ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 18 of the City Code is hereby amended by
adding one new section, Section 18-122, Weight Limits, which
shall read as follows :
Section 18-122 . Weight Limits .
When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person
shall operate any vehicle with a gross weight in excess of
18, 000 pounds at any time upon Seven Hills Road between
Greenberry Road and Bald Hill Road, provided, that such
vehicles may be operated thereon for the purpose of
delivering or picking up materials or merchandise along that
portion of road.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval. /
