A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE,
FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO
EXECUTE THE ATTACHED AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE VILLAGE WITH THE MARKET COMPANY, INC. FOR
COORDINATION OF THE KEY BISCAYNE FARMER'S
MARKET, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY
BISCAYNE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Village Manager is hereby authorized to execute the attached
Agreement, on behalf of the Village, with The Market Company, Inc.
Section 2. The Market Company, Inc. will perform professional services as a Special
Events Promoter and Coordinator for the Key Biscayne Farmer's Market.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December , 2004.
