ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ESTABLISHING THE
INTERCEPTOR MATERIALS PROJECT AND AMENDING THE STREET AND SEWER
CAPITAL PROJECTS BUDGETS AND AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Sewer Capital Projects Fund is hereby
amended by establishing project 31-99-500IM ( INTERCEPTOR
MATERIALS) with an appropriation of $25 ,196 .00.
Section 2 . The Capital Project Fund (Sewer) is hereby
amended by increasing anticipated revenues for Account No. 31-99-
392CC General Fund Transfers by $25,196.00 .
Section 3 . The Street Capital Project Fund is hereby
amended by decreasing the appropriations of Account No. 32-99-501
DI (Dix Road and Industrial) by $25, 196 .00.
Section 4 . The Capital Project Fund (Street ) is hereby
amended by decreasing the estimated revenues for Account No. 32-
99-392CC General Fund Transfers by $25 , 196.00.
Am Section 5 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
