AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY DECREASING THE STREET CAPITAL PROJECT FUNDS AND
INCREASING THE GENERAL FUND STREET DIVISION OPERATING BUDGET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The General Fund Street Division operating
budget is hereby amended by increasing the appropriation of
Account No. 10-42-222 CHEMICALS by $13, 668.00 .
Section 2 . General Fund Subsidies and Transfers is hereby
amended by decreasing Account No. 10-90-325E Capital Projects
Transfers by $13, 668.00.
Section 3. The Capital Projects Fund is hereby amended by
decreasing the estimated revenues for Account No. 32-99-392CC
General Fund Transfers by $13 , 668.00.
Section 4 . The Street Capital Project Fund is hereby
amended by decreasing the appropriations of Account No. 32-99-
501DI ( Dix Road and Industrial) by $13, 668.00.
Section 5 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
