AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF FOREST GATE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1 . Kenneth A. and Angela P. Vaughan, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, have submitted to the Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole ,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
Am Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 33 , Township 45 North, Range 12 West , and part of the
Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3 , Township
44 North, Range 12 West , in the City of Jefferson, County of
Cole, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Section 33 ; thence
along the township line S 85° 08 ' 07" W, 261 .06 feet to the
northwest corner of a tract conveyed to Health Care Fund, per
deed of record in Book 273 , Page 855, Cole County Recorder ' s
Office ; thence along the west line of said tract S 07° 10' 25"
E, 318.02 feet to the northeast corner of a tract conveyed to
Ralph F. and Roseleen C . Dulle , per deed of record in Book 276 ,
Page 219, Cole County Recorder ' s Office ; thence along the north
line of said tract S 820 41 ' 59" W, 500. 00 feet to the northwest
corner of said tract ; thence along the west line of said tract S
070 10 ' 25" E, 300.22 feet to the south line of Description No. 2
as described in Book 275, Page 854 , Cole County Recorder ' s
Office ; thence along said line on a curve to the left , having a
radius of 1963. 71 feet, a distance of 448. 81 feet to the south
line of Description No. 1 as described in Book 275 , Page 854 ,

670. 55 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all, 25. 966
acres.
SECTION 2 . It appears that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as FOREST GATE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri, and
amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivisions , have been complied with.
SECTION 3 . The plat of FOREST GATE SUBDIVISION, SECTION
ONE, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to endorse
acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of
said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of passage and approval.
