ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF NORMAN PLAZA SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1 . N. D. and Geneva A. Indermuehle , owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, have submitted to the Council a plat of said
real estate , being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole ,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 2 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West , and also part of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2 , Township
44 North, Range 12 West , in the City of Jefferson, County of
Cole , Missouri , being more particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of said Section 2 ; thence along the
southerly Section Line S 860 40 ' 00" W, 1028.44 feet to the point
of beginning ; thence along the southerly Section Line, S 86° 40 '
00" W, 442 . 29 feet to the southwest corner of the East Half of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 2 , Township 44 North, Range 12
West ; thence along the Section Line , S 860 40 ' 00" W, 99. 66
feet ; thence leaving the Section Line, N 030 46 ' 57" W, 991 .03
feet to the southerly right-of-way of Industrial Drive ; thence
along said right-of-way line , S 790 42 ' 08" E, 533.30 feet ;
thence leaving said right-of-way line , S 050 24 ' 53" E, 865 . 88
feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all, 11 .27 acres.
SECTION 2 . It appears that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as NORMAN PLAZA SUBDIVISION, that all taxes
have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri, and amendments
thereto, entitled , "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri , relating to plats and subdivisions ,
have been complied with.
SECTION 3 . The plat of NORMAN PLAZA SUBDIVISION, lying,
being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made part of this ordinance , is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are authorized and directed to endorse acceptance
of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said plat
under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of passage and approval.
