AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF CAPITAL HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1 . Capital Savings and Loan Association, William E.
Ferguson, President and Arthur Wankum, Secretary, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, have submitted to the Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole ,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 23 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West , and Lot Nos. 1 , 25
and 26 of Neutzlers Early American Subdivision, Section 1 , as per
plat of record in Plat Book 10 , page 40, Cole County Recorder' s
Office, all in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri ,
more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the
northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 23 ;
thence N 830 47 ' 58" E, along the Section Line, 246 . 88 feet to
the westerly line of Vieth Drive ; thence S 08° 23 ' 14 ' E, along
the westerly line of Vieth Drive , 839. 34 feet ; thence S 85° 31 '
47" W, 276.05 feet to the Quarter Section Line; thence N 06° 24 '
26" W, along the Quarter Section Line, 310. 10 feet to the
southeast corner of Lot 26 of said Neutzlers Early American
Subdivision, Section 1 ; thence S 85° 31 ' 47" W, along the
southerly line of said Lot 26, 97. 97 feet to the southwest corner
of said Lot 26 ; thence N 04° 28 ' 13" W, along the westerly line
of Lot Nos. 26 , 25 and the northerly extension of said westerly
lines , and along the westerly line of Lot No. 1 , 520.00 feet to
the northwest corner of Lot No. 1 ; thence N 85° 31 ' 47" E, along
the northerly line of said Lot No. 1 , 80. 39 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing in all , 6. 08 acres . Bearings are
magnetic .
SECTION 2 . It appears that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as CAPITAL HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO,
that all taxes have been paid , and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri, and
amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all
® respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivisions, have been complied with.
SECTION 3. The plat of CAPITAL HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION
TWO, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to endorse
acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of
said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of passage and approval.
