AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF RAILTON INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, SECTION
ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS.
SUCTION 1 . Donald L. Campbell and James R. Loyd, Trustees
for Frank Railton under Agreement dated July 15 , 1976; Edgar. J.
Railton (now deceased) under Agreement dated July 15, 1976 ;
Edgar J. Railton, Jr. , under Agreement dated October 26 , 1976 ;
Alice .Ann Barton under Agreement dated February 27, 1979 ;
Frances Melody McBrayer under Agreement dated January 31 , 1979;
and for Ralph Michael. Railton under Agreement dated March 15 ,
1979, owners of the real estate hereinafter described and
situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri , have submitted to
the Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, County of Cole , Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the Southwest Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of
Section 34, Township 45 :North, Range 12 West , and part of the
Northeast Quarter of Fractional. Section 3 , Township 44 North,
Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole ,
Missouri, being raore particularly described as follows: From the
northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 34 , Township 45 North, Range 12 West ; thence
along the Quarter Section Line, N 84° 39 ' 02" E, 983 . 40 feet ;
thence leaving the said Quarter Section Line S 050 12 ' 41" E,
2140.42 feet to the point of beginning of said description;
thence S 89° 06 ' 55" E, 618.82 -feet to the west line of Missouri
State Highway 179 as conveyed to the State of Missouri by deed of
record in Book 164 , Page 539, Cole County Recorder 's Office ;
thence southerly along the west line of said Missouri State
Highway 179 , on the following courses and distances; southerly
along a curve to the right having a radius of 1070. 92 feet , a
distance of 19. 19 feet; thence S 290 39' 51" W, 1.96 . 36 feet ;
thence S 08° 00 ' 04" E, 64.81 feet ; thence S 17° 51 ' 47" W,
207 . 34 feet ; thence S 36° 03 ' 39" W, 185. 05 feet ; thence S 00'
03 ' 39" W, 40.29 feet to the north line of a 20 foot easement to
the City of Jefferson as recorded in Book 204 , Page 668 , Cole
County Recorder ' s Office ; thence leaving the west line of said
Missouri. State -Highway 179 along the north line of said 20 foot
easement , 14 83° 16 ' 20" W, 298. 17 feet , thence leaving the north
line of said 20 .foot easement , N 050 12 ' 41" W, 616 . 95 feet to
the point of beginning. Containing in all, 6. 71 acres ,

SECTION 2 . It appears that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by tho owners of said subdivision
?mown and referred to an RAILTON INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, SECTION
ONEo that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri, and
amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats", have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning And Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, HissouLi, relating to plats and
subdivisions , have been complied with.
SECTION 3 . The plat of RAILTON INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION,
SECTION ONE, lying , being and situated within the corporate
limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,, as shown by the said
plat hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, and the Mayor and the City Cleric are authorized and
direct6d to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to
certify to the approval of said plat under the seal of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4+, This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of passage and approval.
