AGREEMENT ' This Agreement is made as of the �1� day of 1984 , between the Owner, City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Contractor, Mark Copeland Painting, Inc. for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required for Jefferson City Municipal Parking Garage 1904 Painting and Repair project at the City Parking Garage Located on Madison and Capitol Avenue, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101. The Owner and Contractor agree as set forth below. ARTICLE I THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract Documents consist of this Agreement, the Specifications , all Addenda issued prior to and all Modifications issued after execution of the Agreement, the Invitatin to Bid, and Instruction to Bidders. These form the Contract, and are all as fully a part of the Contract as if -attached to this Agreement or repeated herein. An enumeration of the Contract Documents appears in Article VI. ARTICLE II THE WORK. The Contractor shall perform all the work required by the Contract Documents for the Jefferson City Municipal Parking Garage 1984 Painting and Repair Project. ARTICLE III TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced within ten ( 10) days of contract award and complete installation within forty--five (45) working days. C1 ARTICLE IV CONTRACT SUM. The* Owner shall pay the Contractor in current funds for the performance of the work, subject to additions and deductions by Change Order as provided in the Contract Documents, the Contract sum of Twenty-six thousand eight hundred and fifty dollars and no cents ($26,850.00 ) . ARTICLE V PAYMENTS. Payment in full will be made within thirty ( 30) days after completion and final acceptance of the work by the City provided no claims have been filed with the City.
