AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING TRt
BUDGET BY INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND AUTHORIZING
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of , the
unappropriated General Fund balance $44,300 for Account No. 10-
90-325C Subsidies.
Section 2. The Transit Fund is hereby amended by .
increasing the estimated revenues for Account No. 63-•00-392A,
Subsidies, by $44,300.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT
TO AN AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO ON NOVEMBER 7, 1980, BETWEEN THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI AND THE MISSOURI HIGiAlAY AND
TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION TO IMPROVE A PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
PROJECT FUNDED PURSUANT TO SECTION 18 OF THE URBAN MASS TRANS-
PORTATION ACT OF 1964, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
amendment to an Agreement entered into on the 7th day of November,
1980 between the city of Jefferson City, Missouri and the Missouri
Highway and Transportation Commission to improve a public trans-
portation project (RPT-•0051--005 ) funded pursuant to Section 18
of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964, as amended..
Section 2. The amendment to the Agreement shall be sub-
stantially the same in form and content as that amendment attached
hereto as Exhibit "A. "
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

AMENDMENT
No. 1
WHEREAS, the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission
and the city of Jefferson City, Missouri, entered into an Agreement
dated November 7, 1980 to improve a public transportation project
funded pursuant to Section 18 of the Urban Mass Transportation
Act of 1964, as amended.
NOW THEREFORE, said Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
1. Article 19, Reimbursement, shall be amended to read:
The Commission, using funds made available to it
from the grant made to it by the U.S. Department of
Transportation, shall reimburse Grantee for 801 of
its allowable expenses incurred in carrying out the
project described in Section 2, PROVIDED, HOWEVER,
in no event shall the total amount reimbursed by
the Commission hereunder exceed the maximum federal
share of $31,762.
2. The agreement between the parties hereto dated
November 7, 1980 shall remain in full force and
effect except as amended hereby.

ment on the date last written below.
