AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAC' OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING LAND IN THE 2300 AND 2400 BLOCKS
OF ST. MARYS BOULEVARD, FROM RA-2 (MULTIPLE DWELLING) , TO C-2
(GENERAL COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RA-2 (multiple dwelling) , to C-2 (general commercial) , to-
wit :
Part of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 11 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West , in the City of
Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows: From the northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of
said Section 11 ; thence South 5` 28 ' 09" east , along the quarter
Section line, 586. 10 feet , to the southerly line of U. S. Rout;
No. 50, and the beginning point of this description; thence
continuing South 5° 28 ' 09" east , along the quarter Section line ,
