AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING LAND IN THE 2500 AND 2600 BLOCKS
OF MISSOURI BOULEVARD, FROM C-4 (PLANNED COMMERCIAL) , TO C-2
(GENERAL COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The following described real estate is rezoned
from C-4 (planned commercial) , to C-2 (general commercial) , to-
wit:
Part of the Southwest: quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 11 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West , to the County of
Cole , Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of said Section 11 ; thence North 85° 53 ' 59"
East , along the quarter Section line , 1372 . 22 feet , to the
southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 11 ; thence North 05" 38' 12" West , along
the quarter. quarter Section line, 1231 . 90 feet , to the southerly
line of Missouri Boulevard; thence South 85" 45 ' 00" west , along
said southerly line , 519.28 feet ; thence North 88° 58 ' 06" west ,

SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in fell force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
