ORDINANCE NO. _ '7
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF RIVERHILLS ADDITION, A SUBDIVISaON OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Ware Street Partners, a Missouri. Limited
Partnership; Michael A. Koch, General partner ; and Michael W.
Beasley, General Partner. , owners of the real estate hereinafter
described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, has
submitted to the Council a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, County of Cole , Missouri, and more
particularly described as follows:
Fart of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1 , Township 44
North, Range 12 West , in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From the northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said
Section 1 ; thence westerly along the Quarter Section line, S 86°
54 ' 33" W, 1000.00 feet to the point of beginning of said
description; thence leaving said Quarter Section Line , S 43° 07'
34" E, 288.33 feet ; thence S 03° 11 ' 04" E, 60.00 feet ; thence S
37° 37' 21" W, 143 .24 feet ; thence S 23° 30 ' 25" 11, 257. 50 feet;
thence S 13° 31 ' 50" W, 78. 16 meet; thence S 39Q 13 ' 14" W, 91 . 79
feet ; thence N 80° 08 ' 1.4" W: 245 .00 feet ; thence N 09° 51 ' 46"
E, 735.00 feet to the Quarter Section line; thence eaeterly along
said Quarter Section line, N 86° 54 ' 33" E, 185. 97 feet to the
point of beginning.
Area containing in all , 5. 75 acres.
SECTION 2 . It appears that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdi.viaon
known and referred t6 as Riverhills Additon, that all taxes have
been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, and amendments thereto,
entitled, "Plats , " have been fully complied with by the aforesaid
owner of said subdivison, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri., relating to plats and subdi.visons,
have been complied with.
SECTION 3. The plat of Riverhills Addition, lying, being
and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown by the said plat thereto attached and made
part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, and the Mayor and the
City Clark are authorized and directed -to endorse acceptance of
said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said plat
under the veal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full. force and
affect from and after the date of passage and approval .
