AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF GREED AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION FIVE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Jerry J. and Melody A. Green and Robert C. and
Beverly S. Late, owners of the real estate hereinafter described
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, have submitted
to the Council a plat of said real estate , being located in
Jefferson City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
.Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11 , township 44 North,
Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, being more particularly described as follows:
From the northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section
11 ; thence S 06° 34 ' 09" E, along the Quarter Section Line,
2276 .22 feet; thence N 83° 25 ' 51" E, 702 . 71 feet to the
Southwest corner of lot 48 of Green and Late Subdividion, Section
Three, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11 Page 168, Cole
County Recorder' s Office , the point of beginning for this
description; thence S 750 11 ' 42" W, 145 . 70 feet ; thence S 080
44 ' 24" E, 184.32 fleet ; thence easterly on a curve to the left
having a radius of 550. 77 feet , a distance of 63. 12 feet ; thence
S 15° 18 ' 23" E , 139. 38 feet ; thence N 620 59 ' 59" E, 197.47 feet
to the Southwest corner of Lot 50 of said Green and Lale
Subdivision, Section Three ; thence northerly along the West Line
of said Green and Lale Subdivision, Section three, the folowing
courses: N 270 00 ' 01" W, 125.05 feet ; S 62" 59' .59" W, 14.00
feet ; N 27° 00 ' 01" W, 172 .00 feet ; S 62° 59' 59" W, 16.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
Containing in all, 1 . 332 acres.
SECTION 2. It appears that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as . GREEN AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION
FIVE, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri , and
amendaments thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivisions, have been complied with.
SECTION 3 . The plat of Green and Lale Subdivision, Section
Five, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of
qP the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to endorse
acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of
said plat under_ the seal oz the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of passage and approval.
