ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NUMBER 10275, PERTAINING TO A CONTRACT FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC
MAPPING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 10278, which authorized a
contract with St. Louis County Blue Print and Photo Copy Company,
Inc. , is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized
and directed to send written notice to St. Louis County Blue
Print and Photo Copy Company, Inc. accepting their request to
terminate the contract at no cost to the City.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective from and
after its passage and approval.
