AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING AND
MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY ZONING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN RECENTLY ANNEXED TERRITORY SITUATED IN THE SOUTHERLY PARTS OF
LOTS 12 AND 13 OF MEN'S ADDITION AS RECORDED IN BOOK 8, PAGE 115, COLE
COIRITY RECORDER'S OFFICE AND THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF
THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 45 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST,
IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
WHEMS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36 RELATING
TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate be rezoned
from RS-1 (Single Family) to RS-2 (Single Family) , to-wit:
From the Northwest corner of Section 30, Township 44, Range 11, in
Cole County, Missouri; thence N 859 30' E, along the north line of
said Section 30, 330.0 feet; thence S 039 22' E, 150.0 feet to the
northwest corner of Lot 12 of said Iven's Addition; thence
continuing S 034 22' E, along the west line of said Lot 12, 33.4
feet to the beginning point of this description; thence continuing
S 034 22' E, along the west line of said Lot 12, 51.6 feet to the
southwest corner of said Lot 12; thence N 859 30' F., 150 feet along
the southline of said Lot 12 to the southeast corner thereof;
thence N 03' 22' W, along the east line of said Lot 12 to its point
of intersection with the easterly extension of the southerly line
of Section 24, Township 44, Range 12 in said Section 30; thence S
869 36' 15" W, along the easterly extension of the southerly line
of said Section 24 in said Section 30 to the point of beginning.

Cole County, Missouri; thence N 854 30' E, along the north line of
said Section 30, 540.01 feet; thence S 034 22' E, 150 feet to the
northwest corner of Lot 13 of said Iven's Addition; thence
continuing S 034 22' E, along the west line of said Lot 13, 33.4
feet to the beginning point of this description; thence continuing
S 0V 22' E. along the west "line of said Lot 13, 51.6 feet to the
southwest corner of said Lot 13; thence N 869 38' E, 168.51 feet
along the south line of said Lot 13 to the southeast corner
thereof; thence N 17' 03' 22" E, along the east line of said Lot
13, to its point of intersection with the easterly extension of the
southerly line of Section 24, Township 44, Range 12 in said Section
30; thence S 864 36' 15" W, along the easterly extension of the
southerly line of said Section 24, in said Section 30, to the point
of beginning.

Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 33; thence N 05°
04' 57" W, along the East Line of said Section 33, 670.55 feet to
the Northeast corner of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section 33; thence S 850 O1' 11" W,
along the North Line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section 33, 1370.00 feet to the
Northwest corner thereof; thence S 05° 12' 06" E, along the West
Line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 33, 682.31 feet to the Southwest Corner thereof; thence
Easterly along the South Line of said Quarter Quarter Section the
following courses: N 84° 23' 05" E, 1107.57 feet; N 85* 08' 07" E,
261.06 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all, 21.22
acres.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
