ORDINANCE NO.--
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CLERIC TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE FAA GRANT
AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NO. 3-29-0036-03.
WHEREAS, it has been determined necessary to amend the
description of development to be accomplished under FAA AIP
:Project No. 3-29-0036-03.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement for Project No. 3-29-
0036-03 from the FAA, said grant Amendment No. 1, Project 3-29-
0036-03 to be substantially the same in form and content as that
document. attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.

First Amendment to Grant Agreement
Enclosed for execution by the City is an original and two copies
of Amendment No. 1 to the Grant Agreement for the subject project
at the Jefferson City Memorial Airport, Jefferson City, Missouri.
This amendment deletes from the grai4t description " (MIRL) " and
substitutes " (HIRL) " .
The original and one copy should be executed promptly and returned
to this office, together with two copies. of the resolution
authorizing and directing the execution of the Amendment. The
resolution must contain the full text of the amendment or have
copies of the amendment attached.
The obligations created under this First Amendment to the Grant
Agreement will not be modified in any way or by any method other
than through the written approval of the Federal Aviation Admini-
stration. At no time shall you or any of your representatives
anticipate any chance under the terms of the First Amendment, and
any deviations without such written consent shall be made at
your own risk.

AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NO. 3-29-0036-03
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the
"FAA"') has determined it to be in the interest of the United States that the
Grant Agreement between the FAA, acting for and on behalf of the United States, .
and the City of Jefferson City, Missouri, (hereinafter referred to as the
"Sponsor") , accepted by said Sponsor on the 26th day of September, 1984, be
amended as hereinafter provided, and
WHEREAS, it has been-determined necessary to amend the description of development
to be accomplished under the project.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the FAA
on behalf of the United States, on the one part, and the Sponsor, on the other
pant, do hereby mutually agree that the said grant agreement be and hereby is
amended by deleting from the third line of the description, as it appears on

Page 1, "(MIRL)" and substituting therefor "(HIRL)".
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to said Grant
