AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF GREEN AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION SIC, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Jerry and Melody Green and Robert and Beverly
Lale, owners of the real estate hereinafter described and
situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, have submitted to
the Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, County of Coie , Missouri , and more particularly
described as follows :
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11 and part of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 14 , all in Township 44 North, Range
12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri ; and
being more particularly described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 11 ; thence S 060 34' 09" E along the Quarter Section
Line, 2293. 29 feet; thence N 830 25 ' 51" E, 391 . 85 feet to the
point of beginning for this description; thence N 84° 44 ' 22" E,
166. 71 feet to the Northwest corner of Green & Lale Subdivision,
Section 5 , as per plat of record in Plat Boole 11, Page 223, Cole
County Recorder' s Office ; thence along the westerly and the
southerly lines of said Green & Lale Subdivision, Section 5, the
following courses : S 08° 44 ' 24" E, 184. 32 feet; on a curve to .
the left having a radius of 550. 77 feet, a distance of 63. 12
feet ; S 150 18 ' 23" E, 139. 38 feet ; N 620 59 ' 59" E, 197.47 feet
to the southeast corner of said Green & Lale Subdivision, Section
5, said corner also being the northwest corner of Lot 51 of Green
& Lale Subdivision, Section 3, as per plat of record in Plat Book
11, Page 168, Cole County Recorder ' s Office ; thence S 270 00 ' 01"
E, 122.35 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 51 ; thence S
64° 35 ' 57" W along the northerly line of Tower Drive, 1 . 29 feet ;
thence S 25° 24 ' 03" E, 60.00 feet to the northwest corner of Lot
52 of said Green & Lale Subdivision, Section 3, said corner also
being the northeast corner of a parcel conveyed to Frank J.
Thielemeier and wife as per deed of record in Book 280, Page 816,

to the northwest corner of said Thielemeier parcel; thence S 25°
24' 03" E, 103 .43 feet to the southwest corner of said
Thielemeier parcel; thence N 62° 59 ' 59" E, 23 . 51 feet to the
southeast corner of said Thielemeier parcel, said corner also
being the northwest corner of Lot 53 of the aforementioned Green
& Lale Subdivision, Section 3 ; thence along the westerly lines of
Lots 53 and 54 of said Green & Lale Subdivision, Section 3 the
following courses: S 280 03' 45" E, 50. 42 feet ; S 600 08 ' 40" E,
23.89 feet ; S 22* 15 ' 22" W, 113 .28 feet to the northerly like of
West Edgewood Drive ; thence westerly along the said northerly
line of West Edgewood Drive the following courses : N 67° 44 ' 38"
W, 567. 72 feet ; N 70° 54' 34" W, 171 . 99 feet to the east line of
a parcel as described in Book 88 , Page 93 , Cole County Recorder ' s
Office ; thence leaving the northerly line of said West Edgewood
Drive on a bearing of N 05° 15' 38" W along the east line of said
parcel described in Book 88, Page 93 , a distance of 160. 30 feet ;
thence leaving said east line on a bearing of N 84° 44 ' 22" E,
125.00 feet; thence N 050 15 ' 38" W, 174. 75 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing in all , 4 , 794 acres.

VF SECTION 2 . It appears that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Green & Lale Subdivision, Section Six,
that all taxes have been paid , and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri, and
amendments thereto , entitled , "Plats", have been .fully complied
with by the foresaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivisions , have been complied with.
SECTION 3. The plat of Green & Lale Subdivision, Section
Six, lying , being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to endorse
acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of
said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
