REGULAR MEETING
March 4, 2014
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Sternquist called the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at 8:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located
at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Member - Chavez, Vizcarra, Yu, Blum, Sternquist
ABSENT: Member - None
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director/ Administrative Services Director Hause, Agency
Attorney Vail and Agency Secretary Kuo, Parks and Recreation
Director Burroughs, and Planning Manager Starns
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember Chavez made a motion to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Vice
Chair Blum and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Successor Agency is requested to review and approve the Minutes of the Regular
Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency
Meeting February 18, 2014.
Action: Approved.
