ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE J OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY PROHIBITING
PARKING AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by prohibiting parking at the following locations:
Ohio, north from Nebraska, 240 feet, both sides .
Nebraska., west from Ohio, 230 feet, south side.
Nebraska, north from Indiana, 330 feet, east side.
Indiana, west from Minnesota, 530 feet, north side.
Minnesota, south from Indiana, 340 feet, east side.
Merchants Drive, from Metro to Commerce, north side.
East Fillmore, 300 block, north side.
Section 2. Schedule J of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by repealing the no parking restriction on
1 Southwest Boulevard on the west half thereof between Bassman Road
and a point two hundred twenty feet south of Swifts Highway and
enacting in lieu of no parking on Southwest Boulevard on the
west half thereof between Bassman Road and a point two hundred
ninety five feet south of Swifts Highway.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
