AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO PURCHASE CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to purchase
the following described property for $53, 500.00, and to execute
all necessary documents in connection therewith.
The southerly 48 feet of Inlot No. 925, in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Inlot; thence
easterly alone the southerly line thereof, 104 feet 4�
inches , to the southeasterly corner of said Inlot, thence
northerly along the easterly line thereof, 48 feet; thence
westerly parallel with the southerly line of said Inlot , 104
feet 4� inches, to the westerly line thereof; thence
southerly along the said westerly line, 48 feet, to the
point of beginning.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
