ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO PURCHASE CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to purchase
the following described property for $46, 710 .00, and to execute
all necessary documents in connection therewith:
Part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 34 , Township 45 North, Range 12 West, and part
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 44
North, Range 12 West, all in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri; being more particularly
Aft described as follows :

From the Northeast corner of the West Half of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 34 ; thence S 050 46 '
13" E, along the East Line of the West Half of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 34 , 1717. 78 feet;
thence leaving said East Line on a bearing of S 84° 13'
47" W, 896.83 feet to the point of beginning for this
description; thence continuing S 84 ° 131 47" W, 35.55
feet to the East Line of Missouri Route 179; thence
Southerly along the East Line of said Missouri Route
179 the following courses : S 040 32' 2011 E, 343 .55
feet; S 000 14 ' 59" E, 200.56 feet; S 04° 32 ' 20" E,
500.00 feet; S 540 21' 45* E, 98. 31 feet; thence
leaving said East Line of Missouri Route 179 on a
bearing of N 580 51' 20" E, 84 . 76 feet; thence N 310
08 ' 40" W, 180 .51 feet= thence N 05" 46 ' 13" W, and
parallel to the aforementioned East Line of the West
