ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE BUDGET
BY INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL
APPROPRIATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is heeeby appropriated out of the unappropri-
ated General. Fund balance $89, 000 for Account No. 10-90-32SE
Subsidies.
Section 2. The CDBG Grant Fund is hereby amended by increasing
the estimated revenues for Account No. 34-00-392CC, Subsidies,
by $89, 000.
Section 3. The CDBG Grant Fund is hereby amended by appropri-
ating $89, 000 from Account No. 34-99-403, Purchase of Land.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval. p
