AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , DECLARING REAL
PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS, AUTHORIZING ITS SALE AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council finds that the following real
property is surplus property of the City, and as such represents
a burdensome cost, and that the property is no longer needed for
any public purpose:
Part of Inlot No. 811 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said Inlot,
which said point is 70 feet 4 1/2 inches south of the
northwest corner thereof, thence southerly along westerly
line of said Inlot 29 feet, thence easterly parallel with
the northerly line of said Inlot 104 feet 4 1/2 inches to
the easterly line thereof, thence northerly along said
easterly line 29 feet, thence westerly parallel with the
northerly line of said Inlot 104 feet 4 1/2 inches to the
point of beginning.
Also part of Inlot 811 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the westerly .line of said Inlot ,
which said point is 41 feet 4 1/2 inches south of the
northwest corner thereof, thence southerly along westerly
line of said Inlot 29 .feet, thence easterly parallel with
the northerly line of said Inlot 104 feet 4 1/2 inches to
the easterly line thereof, thence northerly along said
easterly line 29 feet, thence westerly parallel with the
northerly line of said Inlot 104 feet 4 1/2 inches to point
of beginning.
Also part of Inlot 811 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said inlot at a
point which is 53 feet 6 inches northerly from the southwest
corner thereof; thence northerly along said westerly line 45
feet. 10 1/2 inches; thence easterly parallel. with the
southerly line of said inlot 104 •feet 4 1/2 inches; thence
southerly along the easterly line of said Inlot 45 feet 10
1/2 inches ; thence westerly parallel with the southerly line
of said Inlot 104 feet 4 1/2 inches to the point of
beginning.
Also use of a driveway 11 feet 10 1/2 inches wide along
the easterly line of Inlot 811 to the City alley on the
south of said inlot.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Cleric are hereby authorized
to sell the property to the

Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a deed relinquishing all of the City's interest in the
tract of ground described in Section 1, and to execute other
documents necessary for the sale of the property.
Section 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval..
