ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE A OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY CHANGING THE
SPEED LIMIT ON A PORTION OF HIGHWAY 54 AND ON LINDEN DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule A (a) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by deleting the following:
Highway 54 , between Ellis Boulevard and the south city
limits line.
Highway 54 , from the north city limits south to the Cedar
City city limits .
Hi hc�way 54 , between the Missouri River Bridge and Ellis
Boulevard.
Schedule A (a) , of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
further amended by adding the following:
Hia,`= 54 , from south Jefferson City city limits to
Missouri Boulevard
Highw�jy 54 , from north Jefferson City city limits to a point
2000 feet south of the north Jefferson City city limts .
Section 2 . Schedule A (c) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by enacting a forty-five mile per hour
speed limit at the following locations :
Highway 54 , from Missouri Boulevard to the south city limits
of Cedar City.r
Highway 54 , from the north Cedar City limits to a point 2000
feet south of the north Jefferson City city limits .
Section 3. Schedule A ( g) of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by enacting a twenty mile per hour speed
limit at the following location:
Senior high School
Stadium from Leslie west a distance of 750 feet .

Section 4 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
