SPONSORED BY COUNCILMAN ORDINANCE NO. / D 3 -7_1____..__.___ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING LAND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE 3400 AND 3500 BLOCK OF NORTH TEN MILE DRIVE FROM C-4 (PLANNED COMMERCIAL) TO M-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) AND BY REZONING LAND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE 3400 AND 3500 BLOCKS OF NORTH TEN MILE DRIVE FROM C-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) TO M-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) . WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following described real. estate is rezoned from C-4 to M-1: Part of the Southeast Quarter and part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 4 ; thence S 86° 05 ' 13" W, along the Quarter Section Line, 683 . 76 feet to the center of Scott Station Road; thence along the centerline of Scott Station Road to the centerline of North Ten Mile Drive; thence following the centerline of North Ten Mile Drive in a northeasterly direction to the southerly extension of the east line of Lot One of Dix Acres as per plat of record in Plat Book 9, Page 31, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N 030 45 ' 20" W, along said east line to the northeast corner of said Lot One; thence S 860 37 ' 53" W, along the Quarter Section Line, 1076.05 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT that part of the above described property described as follows: from a point which is the intersection of the Jefferson City Corporate Limits and the easterly right-of-way of Scott Station Road; thence southerly along the easterly right-of-way of Scott Station Road, 400 feet; thence easterly on a line which is perpendicular to the easterly right-of-way of Scott Station Road, 200 feet; thence Northerly on a line which is parallel to and 200 feet from Scott Station Road to the Jefferson City Corporate Limits; thence westerly along the Jefferson City Corporate Limits to the point of beginning of this exception. -2- AND, The following described property to be rezoned from C-1 to M-1: Part of the Southeast Quarter and part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows : Starting at the northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 4 ; thence S 86° 05 ' 13" W, along the Quarter Section Line, 683 . 76 feet to the center of Scott Station Road; thence alone the centerline of Scott Station Road to the centerline of North Ten Mile Drive, which is the beginning point for this description; thence northeasterly along the centerline of North Ten Mile Drive to the northerly extension of the west line of a tract described in Book 142, Page 184, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence S 03° 53 ' 31" E along said west line and the northerly and southerly extension thereof to the southeast corner of a tract of land described in Book 231, Page 589, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N 790 16 ' 05" W along the south line of tracts described in Book 231, Page 600, and Book 231, Page 589, Cole County Recorder's Office, and the westerly extension thereof to the easterly extension of the south line of a tract described in Book 275, Page 184 , Cole County Recorder's Office; thence S 890 00 ' 44" W, along the south line of the tract described in said Book 275, and the easterly and westerly extension thereof, to the centerline of Scott Station Road; thence northwesterly along the centerline of Scott Station Road to the beginning point of this description.
