ORDINANCE NO. 193
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
29-45 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY ADDING
SCHEDULE A TO REFLECT FEES CHARGED BY THE TRANSPORTATION
DEPARTMENT AT THE JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and declared that the vote at
the election held in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, on February
5, 1985, on Proposition 13 resulted as follows:
Yes - 2, 511 votes
No - 897 votes
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and declared that a majority of
the qualified voters of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, voting
on said Proposition 13 voted "yes" .
WHEREAS, it is further found and declared that notice of
said election was duly given by publication in the manner
provided by law, and that said election was held and conducted in
all respects in conformity with the Constitution and laws of the
State of Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 29-45 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri is hereby amended by adding "Schedule A" to
read as follows :
SCHEDULE A
a. Charter/Rental permit $50/month
b. Aircraft charter permit $25/month
C. Aircraft rental permit $25/month
d. Aircraft sales & service permit $25/month
e. Aircraft sales permit $25/month
f. Aircraft maintenance permit $25/month
g. Aircraft storage permit $25/month
h. Overnight aircraft parking fee $2/engine
i. Monthly aircraft parking space rent $15/month
j . Dead storage fee $1.50/day
k. Conference room rent $5.00/hour
Section 2. In addition to the charges set out above, the
fees estabslished by the Jefferson City Memorial Airport
Commission, and already in effect at the time of the February 5
election, shall be added to Schedule A as follows :
1. Puel Sales $75/month
m. Student Instruction $25/month
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and become
effective on April 1, 1985.
