D AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION 18-215 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO REFLECT FEES CHARGED BY THE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT FOR PARKING. WHEREAS, it is hereby found and declared that the vote at the election held in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, on February 5, 1985, on Proposition 15 resulted as follows: Yes - 2, 279 votes No - 1, 169 votes WHEREAS, it is hereby found and declared that a majority of the qualified voters of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, voting on said Proposition 15 voted "yes" . WHEREAS, it is further found and declared that notice of said election was duly given by publication in the manner provided by law, and that said election was held and conducted in all respects in conformity with the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 18-215 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby amended to read as follows : The parking division is hereby authorized to charge the following monthly fees for each parking space indicated below: Lot No. 4 200 Monroe Street $15/month Lot No. 5 400 East Capitol Avenue $10/month Lot No. 6 400 East High Street $10/month Lot No. 12 309 Monroe Street $12/month Lot No. 14 400 East High Street $12/month Lot No. 15 300 Adams Street $10/month Lot No. 16' 400 East High Street $10/month Lot No. 18 100 Adams Street $10/month Lot No. 22 100 East McCarty Street $12/month Lot No. 24 Corner of McCarty & Adams Street $10/month Lot No. 25 500 Jefferson Street $10/month Lot No: 31 100 East Dunklin Street $10/month Section 2. All other fees authorized in Section 18-215 which were not voted upon in the February 5 election, and not set out hereinabove, shall remain in effect and unchanged. Section 3.
