AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO PURCHASE CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
purchase the following described property for $40,000.00,
and to execute all necessary documents in connection therewith:
Part of Inlot No. 925, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and more particularly described as follows :
Beginning on the westerly .line of said Inlot No. 925, at a
point 48 feet northerly from the southwesterly corner
thereof; thence northerly along the westerly line of said
Inlot, 51 feet 4� inches; thence easterly parallel with the
southerly line thereof, 104 feet 4� inches, to the easterly
line of said Inlot; thence southerly along said easterly
line, 51 feet 4' inches; thence westerly parallel with the
southerly line of said Inlot, 104 feet 4� inches, to the
point of beginning
ALSO: Part of Inlot No. 926, in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Inlot No. 926;
thence easterly along the southerly line thereof, 10 feet;
thence northerly parallel with the easterly line of said
Inlot, 99 feet 4h inches; thence westerly parallel with the
northerly line of said Inlot, 10 feet, to the westerly line
thereof; thence southerly along the westerly line of said
Inlot, 99 feet 4� inches , to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
