ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
18-170 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY. OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PERTAINING
TO PARKING VEHICLES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 18-170 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by changing subsection (e)
to read as follows :
(e) Subsection (d) above shall only be enforced upon
complaint of a resident of this city.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
