AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ADOPTING A NEW
SECTION OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON TO BE KNOWN AS
SECTION 24-7 ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL COLORS OF MARKED PATROL CARS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A new section of the City Code of the City of
Jefferson is hereby enacted which shall read as follows:
Section 24-7. Color of Marked Patrol Cars.
(a) All marked patrol cars used by the city police
department shall be painted in the following manner
with the colors indicated: all doors, roofs and roof
supports shall be white; all fenders, trunks and hoods
shall be black.
(b) Section (a) above shall not apply to any vehicle of the
city police department not used as a marked patrol car.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval. �q
