AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING ORDINANCE #9598 BY REZONING LAND AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF MYRTLE AVENUE AND LINDEN DRIVE FROM RS-2, SINGLE
FAMILY, TO RA-2, MULTIPLE DWELLING.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
#9598, THE ZONING CODE, RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS
BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-2, Single Family, to RA-2, Multiple Dwelling:
Part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
12, Township 44, Range 12, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From the southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 12; thence North 850 17' East,
along the Section line, 30.0 feet, to the east line of Myrtle
Avenue, and the beginning point of this description; thence along
the Section line North 85° 17' East, 473.4 feet; thence North 30
43' East to the southerly right-of-way line of Linden Drive;
thence westerly along said southerly line to the east right-of-
way line of Myrtle Avenue; thence South 5° 10' West to the point
of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in .full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
