AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF GREEN AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 7, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, Jerry J. Green and Melody M. Green, and Robert C.
Late and Beverly S. Lale, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted to the Council a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 44 North,
Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 11; thence S 060 34 ' 09" E along the Quarter Section
Line, 1739.91 feet to the point of beginning for this
description; thence leaving said Quarter Section Line on a
bearing of N 81° 57 ' 37" E, 189.67 feet; thence N 62° 59 ' 59" E,
106.91 feet; thence N 27" 00 ' 01" W, 33.75 feet; thence N 62° 59'
59" E, 185.00 feet; thence S 27° 00 ' 01" E along the West Line of
Green & Lale Subdivision - Section Three, as per plat of record
in Plat Book 11, Page 168, Cole County Recorder's Office and the
northerly extension thereof, 720.00 feet to the Southwest corner
of Lot 48 of said Green & Lale Subdivision - Section Three;
thence Westerly and Southerly along the North and West lines of
Green & Lale Subdivision - Section Five and Green & Lale
Subdivision - Section Six as per plats of record in Plat Book 11,
Page 223, and Plat Book 11, Page 227 respectively of the Cole
County Recorder's Office the following courses: S 75° 11' 42" W,
145.70 feet; S 84° 44 ' 22" W, 166.71 feet; S 050 15' 38" E,
174.75 feet; S 840 44 ' 22" W, 125.00 feet to a point on the East
Line of a tract described in Book 88, Page 93, Cole County
Recorder's Office, said point also being the Northwest corner of
Lot 75 of Green & Lale Subdivision - Section Six; thence N 050
15 ' 38" W along the East Line of said tract described in Book 88,
Page 93, 377.94 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; thence S
840 59' 18" W along the North Line of said tract, 271.62 feet to
a point on the West Line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section
11, said point also being the Northwest corner of the tract
described in Book 88, Page 93; thence N 060 34 ' 09" W along the
Quarter Section Line, 340.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all, 7.437 acres.

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Green and Lale Subdivision, Section 7,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owners of said subdivision, and that
in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions, have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Green and Lale Subdivision, Section
7, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached
hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of passage and approval.
