AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE D OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY DELETING A
PORTION OF MARSHALL STREET AS A ONE WAY ROADWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule D (b) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by deleting the following:
. Marshall Strom between Capitol Avenue and McCarty Street
in a southerly direction.
Schedule D (b) , is further amended by adding the following:
Marshall Street, between High Street and McCarty Street (300
block) in a southerly direction.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
