AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MALL RIDGE ADDITION, SECTION 4 , A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
WHEREAS, Mary Julia Smith and Marjorie L. Dix, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the
Council a plat of said reap. estate, being located in Jefferson
City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described
as follows:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4 , Township 44
North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, being more particularly described as follows :
From the southwest corner of said Section 4; thence
�. northerly along the west section line of said Section 4 , and the
west line of Mall Ridge Addition, Section 2, as recorded in Plat
Book 11, Page 90, Cole County Recorder's Office, N 04° 10' 08" W,
1763.77 feet to the northwest corner of said Mall Ridge Addition,
Section 2; thence easterly leaving the said Section Line along
the north line of said Mall Ridge Addition, Section 2, and the
north line of Mall Ridge Addition, Section 1, as recorded in Plat
Book 10, Page 54 , Cole County Recorder's Office, N 860 52' 59" E,
1283.73 feet to the point of beginning of this description;
thence N 160 07' 01" W, 310.00 feet; thence N 72° 45 ' 58" E,
471. 33 feet; thence S O80 07' 01" E, 215 .00 feet.; thence S 24 °
37 ' 01" E, 218.00 feet to the northeast corner of Mall Ridge
Addition, Section 3, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 92 , Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence westerly along the north line of
said Mall Ridge Addition, Section 3, and the north line of said
Mall Ridge Addition, Section 1, S 86° 52 ' 59" W, 486.00 feet to
the point of beginning.
Containing in all, 3 .85 acres .
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Mall Ridge Addition, Section 4 , that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled. "Plats" have been fully complied
with by the owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions ,
have been complied with.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The plat of Mall. Ridge Addition, Section 4 ,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the ppdate of its passage and approval.
