ORDINANCE NO. 3v
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ARTICLE
2 OF CHAPTER 14 PERTAINING TO FOOD SERVICE SANITATION BY AMENDING
SECTION 14-15. 15( 13 ) (e) AND SECTION 14-15 .25(2) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI'T'Y OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following technical corrections are made
to Article 2 Chapter 14 and said Article is hereby amended by
deleting the word "prohibited" from Section 14-15 .15( 13 ) (e) and
substituting in its place the word "permitted" , and by deleting
the first enumerated subpart ( 2) under Section 14-15.25.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
