ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE D OF SECTION 18- 401 OF THE CITY CODE, ONE WAY ROADWAYS,
BY DELETING WAVERLY STRIs'ET, 700 BLOCK, AND ADDING A PORTION OF
THE 700 BLOCK OF WAVERLY STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule D (b) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by deleting the 700 block of Waverly
Street as a one way southbound roadway.
Section 2. Schedule D (b) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is further amended by adding Waverly Street for a distance
of 140 feet in a southerly direction from Missouri Boulevard.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
