AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING LAND AT TIME NORTHEAST CORNER OF
EAST MILLER STREET AND MONROE STREET FROM RA-2 (MULTIPLE FAMILY)
TO C-3 (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) ,
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RA-2, Multiple Family, to C-3, Central Commercial:
The southerly parts of Inlots 609 and 610 in
Jefferson City, Missouri, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Inlot 609;
thence easterly along the southerly line of Inlots 609
and 610 to the southeast corner of Inlot 610; thence
northerly along the easterly line of Inlot 610, 188
feet 9 inches; thence westerly along a line which is
parallel to and 188 feet 9 inches from the southerly
line of Inlots 609 and 610 to the westerly line of
Inlot 609; thence southerly along the westerly line of
Inlot 609 to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
