ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT WITH
R. F. VERSLUES AND ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES AT
JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL AIRPORT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Jefferson
are hereby authorized to execute an amendment contract with R. F.
Verslues and Associates, Inc. for engineering services at the
airport to adopt a new rate schedule for Phase III of the
contract.
Section 2. The amendment shall be substantially the same in
form and content as Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

CONTRACT AMENDMENT
This a ment is made and entered into this
day of , 1985, by and between the City of
Jefferson, is ouri (City) , and R.F. Verslues and Associates,
Inc. (Consultant ) , as an amendment to the amended agreement
between the parties dated November 7, 1983 , as authorized by
Ordinance No. 10097 .
WHEREAS, the design of Phase I and Phase II are complete,
and
WHEREAS, the FAA has allocated funds for Phase III of the
contract, and
WHEREAS, the contract rate schedule was effective for one
( 1) year.
NOW THEREFORE, the City and Consultant agree as follows:
1. Amend paragraph 3, by deleting the rate schedule and
adding the new rates shown on the attached Exhibit B.
IN WITNESS, WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their
hands and seals this day of ,
